Elli U is a striking and gifted 19 year old artist from Riga, Latvia. She began performing at a very early age and has accomplished great success in her home country and surrounding territories. Her singles always receive heavy rotation from all 17 Latvian radio stations and as a result she has achieved a number 1 single (which remained in the number 1 spot for 6 weeks) and 6 top 3 hits all before she turned 18.

Elli signed to ZY Records in October 2008 when she was just 17 and has since then had 2 additional top 5’s in the Baltic charts; a 6 page interview in Baltic States FHM Magazine (and was Miss July in their 2009 calendar); has collaborated with UK hip hop artist ‘Tenny Ten aka 10Shott’ (hailed as the future of UK rap) on her single ‘Like a Disease’ which reached no. 2 in Winter ’08; she is currently hosting a TV show in her home country as a VJ and after impressing distribution companies in Japan with her “high quality” music she has releases scheduled for 2010. ZY are also discussing high profile sync with an LA based organisation for her powerful, anthemic lead album track ‘Pure.’
